Terms of sales and deliveries

The following condition shall exclusively be applicable to our supplies and deliveries.  Additional agreement shall not be binding unless confirmed by UNIO PARTS AND COMPONENTS SA.  in writing.

1.       Orders of products will be placed by writing (letter, fax or e-mail)

2.       All prices mentioned are net prices, applicable VAT will be charged in addition

3.       Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries are affected ex-works.

4.       Any costs incurred in connection with interventions following due payments shall be done by purchaser. Interest on overdue payments is 15%

5.       Title to all goods is retained by us until each of our claims against the purchaser originating in the business relations has been duly satisfied.

6.       We shall not be responsible for any goods returned to us without our consent.

7.       Place of performance and payment shall be Súria, place of jurisdiction shall be Barcelona. Contractual relations and orders shall exclusively be governed by Spain law: this shall also apply in case of delivery abroad or purchaser having its set abroad.
