Warranty terms

The guarantee of the products supplied by UNIO PARTS I COMPONENTS SA is two years from the invoice date. This coverage will be effective on the electrical or mechanical operation of the product, defects in the materials or components derived from the production process and aesthetic defects caused in its manufacture.

The guarantee includes the repair, replacement of components or product change at no charge to OUR client, including the derived transport costs.

For general purposes, the period for claiming defects or hidden defects will be 30 days from their appearance. During this period it is necessary notify to UNIO PARTS AND COMPONENS SA or directly to the factory, the reason of the defect and the fabrication product number to start warranty process. Once the return of the product has been accepted and the cause of the defect has been analysed, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge if it meets the warranty requirements.

The guarantee will be given in each case directly by our distributed brands and making use of their technical assistance network in the different countries (indicated in the manuals that are attached to each product). If there are not, contacting directly UNIO PARTS I COMPONENTS SA

To make the guarantee effective, the abovementioned coverage requirements must be met and if it is not accepted, the derived costs will be charged.

THIS WARRANTY WILL NOT BE VALID UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• When the product shows clear signs of wear caused by misuse or poor mounting on the vehicle.

• When the use, care and operation of the product has not been in accordance with the established specifications of the product

• When the product has continued to be used beyond its capacity, abused, beaten, exposed by any liquid or corrosive substance.

• When the product has been altered from its original state, disassembled, modified, manipulated or repaired by unauthorized personnel)

• When the failure is caused by treatments or external origins

• When it has not been notified within the period of 2 years contemplated by the guarantee

• When 30 days have passed from the notification of the failure under warranty, the product has not been returned for study, verification and repair.
